Refund policy

Customers may return an item and receive a replacement or a refund anytime within 30 days of purchase.

If the item is defective, Colores Mexicanos will pay the return shipping costs associated. If the item is not defective, the client will be charged for shipping costs.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Refunds and exchanges will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item.

For Facemasks: returns will only be issued if a product is defective. Otherwise, returns cannot be accepted. Our facemasks are not direct substitutes for N95, surgical, or procedural masks and have not been FDA approved. They do meet CDC guidelines for a cloth face covering.
