This beautiful hand-emrboidered huipil from Chiapas, Mexico, depicts the blooming flowers of Zinacantan, a community renowned both for flower production and traditional weaving.
This gorgeous piece begins with handmade cotton cloth, woven on a waist loom. The flowers are then applied by hand over multiple weeks, and the collar and all seams finished with gorgeous handmade details.
